A Good Read...

Are you up for a good mystery thriller with some metaphysics and spirituality added in for good measure?  Tenzing Norbu is a detective in Los Angeles formerly a Buddhist monk.  After getting shot in the first chapter, Ten, as he is called, leaves the police dept and opens a private detective agency.
With lots of twists and turns, a '65 restored shelby mustang, and some characters you really want to love as well as some pretty nasty ones this is one good read.  Tenzing Norbu, Dharma detective, uses what he learned as a monk to do his detecting.   And he throws in some words of the Buddha for good measure.  Written by Gay Hendricks and Tinker Lindsay this is excellent read.  Gay Hendricks has published books and taught body-mind therapies and relationship transformation.  There is a second Tenzing Norbu book called THE SECOND RULE OF TEN.
