Working through Worry and Fear...

How does one work through fear and worry?
  • take some deep breaths
  • trust that you are protected
  • ask yourself what is the worse that can happen
  • break down each of the parts of the worse that can happen and feel them
  • ask, pray for assistance and then be quiet enough or attentive enough to hear/know the solution
  • be ready to act.  Sometimes just doing something can break the hold fear/worry has on you
