The battle raged. What once had been a beautiful valley now was filled with smoke, covered with blood and rang with the clang of weapons and cries of battle and dying men. The sun was overhead and the fighting had only gotten heavier when almost on cue from opposite sides the women started to move out onto the battlefield. Grandmothers, mothers, daughters, sisters, unarmed but with their heads held high were walking steadily out into the midst of the smoke and battle. It took a few minutes for the soldiers to realize what was happening. One woman clutched her breast as a red stain covered the front of her garment. The fighting slowed down. Commanders behind the lines could be heard berating the men and urging the fighting to continue. Another woman, an old one, fell to the ground. A young soldier near the front suddenly cried "mother" and dropped his weapon and ran to a woman approaching from one side. There were women from both sides moving out into the field, many stopping by a downed soldier, some tending to the fallen women, most moving resolutely out into they
center of the now slowing action. One by one soldiers on both sides started dropping their weapons. Commanders berated and threatened but by now the soldiers were abandoning the fight, some running to specific women, some walking off to the side, heads down.
Word spread of that day, the day the women stopped the battle. It took some time but the war ended sooner than later, a peace treaty brokered by women. The mothers and grandmothers finally had enough and had decided to do something about it.
The above is a story, a fairy tale. I know of no place this actually happened. But today, October 7, 2011, three women were awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. Hope..... I think so.......

The webs we weave...
Have you noticed? Change is happening...Occupying Wall Street is a movement that has prompted sit ins and protests all over the USA and other countries. The Arab Spring is what they are calling all of the changes in the middle east. And the Occupying Wall Street and the Arab Spring have in common the fact that these "r'evolutions" have no known leader. They share organization by social networking on the world wide web of the internet. Facebook, twitter, often from smart phones. Instant communication among a group with no known leader. Quite a concept isn't it? Spread the word. IT IS HAPPENING. The webs we weave...

Love, courage and kindness make a lot of sense
The human is capable of great evil. We can see with our eyes what that evil does, but we aren't aware of what that evil does to the soul both of the evil doer and the one or ones to which the evil is done. On earth there is free will which is why such things are allowed to happen. If only we could remember/could see what an evil act or acts does to the soul. The energy of the soul is torn apart and dirtied. Much has to be done to repair those souls when they return to the other side.
The human is capable of great love and courage. These acts of love and courage and even simple kindness produce great strides in growth, development and understanding. As humans we are faced with choices. Love, courage and kindness make a lot of sense, do they not?

Cycles.... Change.....Choice.....
Cycles.... It is the time of the year that we move toward autumn. The endless cycle of season, the endless cycle of life...And yet humans resist change. We have a tendency to get comfortable where we are with what we are doing. And yet change is inevitable. Choose the changes you want in your life. The changes in your life will affect the entire planet. Choose carefully.

Write the tale of your life.....
I seem to have a taste for books and movies that have one liners that speak to me. Tonight I was watching a movie called THE OUTLANDER. It is a cowboys and aliens movie except that this one was vikings and aliens. However in the middle of the movie the female lead speaks to the male lead with this line: "If you truly believe that you write the tale of your own life... then the end is up to you." Whoa... where did that come from? I paused the movie and wrote that one down. In the old energy, while we had free will, we were still under the influence of karma. That isn't true anymore. We truly can write the tale of our own life..... And we can write the end of our own story. Funny the things you can find in b movies with awful alien creatures... creatures that seem to all look the same with big teeth and slimy everything else. Write the tale of your life... give it a happy ending.

Thank you for taking your power!
It is only by opening to the God within, that which we call the Higher Self, or in old terms, The Holy Spirit, are we able to tune into synchronicity and learn to love ourselves. Then we can begin to expect good things in our lives and we can begin conscious creation.
How do we do this? Set our intent, “I intend to....”, ask our Higher Self for assistance and then be very mindful. Watch for negative thinking and pay attention to synchronicities. It may take a little time because we are not used to thinking like this.
Espavo.... Thank you for taking your power!
