I continue to be amazed at how Ken Carey was so right on in THE THIRD MILLENNIUM:
"Love is the energy of expansion, the vital current of creation. When it touches matter lightly, the matter responds with life forms such as you have on earth today. When it touches matter fully, stars are born....
The new world is here now, but its geography is the same as the world of historical times; it is a world of new perception, a world of new understanding, a world where resources are limited only by the capacity to appreciate.
Wherever love is honored, so is the Creator."

Children of the Source
Children of the Source
We are children of the Source
You and I
and You and You and You
As Children of the Source
Spirits beautiful and Free
We have taken on these Bodies
To birth a new People
We have chosen to be here
You and me
The plan all along was to bring
Source
Into Bodies of Spirit and Flesh
Our time has begun
To remember
We are Children of Source
You and me
Can you start to remember now
Who you are and how
You can start to forget
The petty differences
Color gender religion
Leave the past behind
And know that you are
Children of the Source
Made from Love
To Cocreate home
Here and now
The plan all along was to bring
Source
Into Bodies of Spirit and Flesh
Our time has begun
To remember
We are Children of Source
You and me
Think on it sisters and brothers
You will know it is true
We are children of Source
Here to build
Love’s Universe
We are children of the Source

Be Not Afraid
Be not afraid of who you are, who you were or where you can go. It is a new time and you are supported by the Universe. Release the old, purposefully let go of any blocks, ask the Universe for assistance. You are a child of forever, a grand soul having an experience in a body. As much as we relate to these bodies they are not the part of us that is forever. You are love and a part of the Love that is eternal. You are loved.

I Had a Steller Day Yesterday...
I had a steller day yesterday, in more ways than one. From my balcony window I saw at least 6 species of birds, a deer, and squirrels. Earlier in the day on a walk with a friend in her neighborhood we saw 4 deer. For someone like myself seeing this wildlife in the city really made my day. I’m not very fond of people, although I suppose I have learned to live with them. I also know that I would probably not enjoy living without other people.
There do not seem to be many like me, who love the wild things. This is the reality I have created for myself. It is a reality which makes me happy. It gives me joy. Those deer represent gentleness, love, and compassion.
“Deer teaches us to be gentle, to touch the hearts and minds of wounded beings who are in our lives. Don't push people to change, rather gently nudge them in right direction, with the love that comes from deer. Love and accept people as they are. The balance of true power lays in love and compassion.”
I had a steller day yesterday. 5 deer, chickadees, gold finches, stellar’s jays, towhees, crows and hummingbirds. I love the wild things. They give me happiness and joy.

Experiencing...
For a condition, a feeling, an emotion, a challenge or even just an experience that you want to clear or get through try this from Dr. David Hawkins HEALING AND RECOVERY: "Welcome experiencing what you are experiencing in a very radical way and at the same time... cancel the thought form and belief system, and choose the energy field of Love, which heals."

Some Insights on Love and Fear...
Some insight on Love and fear from Neale Donald Walsch and God. From CONVERSATIONS WITH GOD Book 1:
"God knew that for love to exist--and to know itself as pure love---it's exact opposite had to exist as well. So God voluntarily created the great polarity--the absolute opposite of love--everything that love is not--what is now called fear. In the moment fear existed, love could exist as a thing that could be experienced. .... What you most fear is what will most plague you. ... All your holy scriptures--of every religious persuasion and tradition which you have created --contain the clear admonition: fear not. Do you think this is by accident?
The laws are very simple.
1. Thought is creative.
2. Fear attracts like energy.
3. Love is all there is."
Pretty powerful stuff. Don't you agree? Thank you Neale... and thank you God...

A Blanket of Calm...
Tonight the middle east is again aflame. Israel is calling up its reservists and Palestine is again bombarding Israel with missiles. I would like to request your assistance in sending blankets of positive energy to that entire area. Do not send the energy or prayers because you hate war or because you want one side to win this conflict, simply lay down a cover of love on the entire area. Send a layer of support for the peacemakers that are there. Take a moment to send a layer of calm... Prayers of love and support to the entire area. If our prayers and energy support helps calm even a little it will be worth it. It only need take a moment. And while you are thinking of it, tell your friends and loved ones to joint the world wide support group for Israel and the Palestinians. Send both sides the strength to make positive decisions. Thank you for your thoughts and help.

God is Not Silent...
No matter what some tell us God is not silent. Words of love are the way that we can tell that it is the voice of God. You can hear the voice of God and remember it is a voice of Love. Here is the voice of God as heard by Neale Donald Walsh which he published in his CONVERSATIONS WITH GOD.
“I will not leave you, I cannot leave you, for you are My Creation and My Product, My daughter and My son, My purpose and My ... Self.
Call on Me, therefore wherever and whenever you are separate from the peace that I am.
I will be there.
With Truth,
And Light,
And Love.

and Jesus said: "Peace Be Still"...
Of all the great teachers, probably the one that the people of the west are most acquainted with is a Jewish man known as Jesus. And yet what do we know? So much as been added and subtracted to his legacy long after his death and resurrection.
If we look only to the words of Matthew, his follower we can find these:
‘Judge not that you be not judged.
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing...
You shall know them by their fruits.’
and,’ Ask, and it will be given to you ; seek and you will find; knock and it will be opened to you.’
And then there is: ‘Love you enemy, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you.’
Those are not easy things to do. But think about them. Do they feel like they would be the teachings of a great teacher? From what you know of Jesus, do they sound like they would be his teachings? Are they worth paying attention to?
And at this time when storms rage in the oceans and over land, remember the story of Jesus in the fishing boat. He was tired from all the demands of the people who wanted his healing, his attention, just being next to him, and had gone out with his friends on the lake and laid down in the boat to sleep. It seemed that being out on the water was the only way he could get some time to himself. A storm came up and his friends that were on the boat with him, who knew him best, became frightened. They woke him up. He was a bit upset and called them men of little faith. Then he stood up and spoke to the storm. “peace, be still” The storm quieted. His followers were in awe. Who is this man?
If we call ourselves Christians we need to ask that question... of ourselves... Who is/was this man? Is he God, is he Man? Does he perhaps teach us that there is god in all of us? Peace, Be Still...

Take a minute this weekend to pray for the East coast...
If you feel so inclined, consider taking a moment this weekend to send some calming energy and/or prayers to the east coast of the USA as well as the Caribbean where Hurricane Sandy has already hit Jamaica and other areas. Don't worry about the outcome or how you do it just sincerely send calm and love. The Hurricane may hit the New York, New Jersey area where it will combine with another storm. Thank you for your consideration...

God IS Love...
The belief in Hell and a god that hates his creations (us) so much that he would fling us into eternal suffering is an old belief. Its the best that people of old could do. This idea of God came about at a time when it was almost impossible to even conceive of a God that is All. Think about what a God of Love, that is All, Everywhere, All knowing would be like... Think about how we have been told... God is Love... what does that mean? Total destruction of someone or even worse, making them endure eternal punishment is more of a hating emotion don’t you think. God is love...

Compassion is an Awareness...
The path to Spiritual Mastery and the evolution of mankind from a violent race to a peaceful, powerful, evolved humankind must include compassion and unconditional love. And, in fact, unconditional love and compassion go hand in hand. The definition of unconditional love is contained within the words themselves; loving without condition.
Compassion is a little harder to get a handle on. Compassion is viewing, observing an individual/group without the viewer’s individual bias coloring the observation. It is knowing that behind the appearance, action, and being of any individual is a body and mind and a lifetime of programming that has placed them where they are at that moment. Those individuals include ourselves. Recognizing that our programming places us where we are, giving us reasons for who and what we are as well as what we do is not easy. We must recognize first the need for compassion and then overcome our own programming and our own biases.
Two quotes from WALKING BETWEEN THE WORLDS: The Science of Compassion.
by Gregg Braden.
From the dedication: “It is you who will anchor a new wisdom rooted in compassion, laying the foundation for those with the courage to follow. It is you who are asked to remember love, compassion and trust while living in a world that has hated, judged and feared.”
and from the preface: “Compassion is an awareness that you become, rather than something that you do on occasion.”

Choose the Energy of Love.....
Last Wednesday, Sept, 19, 2012, Dr. David R. Hawkins, medical doctor and psychiatrist and a pioneer in bridging science and mind body medicine died at the age of 85.
His work and his writing was personal and so very informative.
I wish to share with you a small section from his book HEALING AND RECOVERY. It is my way of honoring and thanking him.
“The specifics of healing a particular illness consists of (1) letting go of resisting the sensory experience of it, (2) no longer putting names or labels on it, and (3)using no words at all. Welcome experiencing what you are experiencing in a very radical way and at the same time (4) cancel the thought form and belief system, and (5)choose the energy field of Love, which heals.”

Thank you Dr. Hawkins for your love and compassion...

Perhaps...
Creating God in our own image, such as the old vengeful father type in the sky, is really quite an insult. And when you begin to think of God as the spirit of everything, you begin to think differently about deity and divinity. From Dr. David R. Hawkins book THE EYE OF THE I:
"That which is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent is not vulnerable to threat or emotional upset; thus, God is not prone to revenge, jealousy, hatred, violence, vanity, egotism, or the need for adulation or compliments. The beneficiary of worshiping is the worshiper. God is totally and absolutely complete and has no needs or desires. God is not unhappy or upset if you have never heard of him or don't believe in him..... God is not codependent or neurotic and does not suffer from paranoid psychosis with grandiosity."
I really like that part: "The beneficiary of worshiping is the worshiper." and Dr. Hawkins speaks of the beauty and glory of God in many other places in his work. It is true what has been said, that God is Love... and if there is Divinity in all of us, if we are all a part of God then we too are Love. As humans we can be quite petty. We can be prone to revenge, jealousy, hatred, violence, vanity and the rest. We don't have to be... Heaven is within, so perhaps we can reach within for that love that we are and find heaven at the same time... Perhaps...

If you Follow the Teachings of Jesus...
Not so popular now are the bracelets that held the simple letters WWJD. And in fact they have become something of a joke. I wonder how many people really thought about those letters. And when it comes right down to it, What WOULD Jesus have done? A man that taught love, forgiveness, and turning the other cheek, what else could he have done if he believed his own teachings. Few if any of the followers of Jesus, then and now, were as enlightened as he was. They interpreted his words through their own biases. He was a master, a teacher, who had come to teach us the basics of love. So many since then, including his own disciples felt they had to interpret this teaching. If you are trying to follow the teachings of Jesus, what will you do?

Choose Awareness...
Choose Awareness, Love, Joy, Forgiveness, Compassion. Without awareness you may have been chosen by negativity, anxiety, worry, guilt, shame and fear. And what I mean by ‘you may have been chosen’ is that often we were influenced even as a small child by the negative emotions of our family, church, and others of influence close to us. Without knowing it we have been living under that influence. Choose awareness and start living... truly living...
