Self awareness, self healing.... healing the world...

We often feel like we should be doing more to make this world a better place.  And there are many who are doing much.   But there continues to be so much war and violence, the financial state of the world seems so precarious, there seems to be an increase of deadly diseases and chronic conditions.  And with the media focused on  the negativity we often do not learn of all of the good, positive things that are being done.   
So what can we do?  We can do the very thing that would solve the world problems.   We can work on our self.  
It is simple but would eventually solve all problems if we all were to take responsibility for ourselves and do what we can to improve ourselves.   Too much to ask of everyone, well probably,  too much to ask of myself... no,  I can do it...  Self awareness, self responsibility, self healing.... healing the world... 

The more I want to know...

There is change in the air, a new paradigm for an evolving planet in which the worst is over and the future full of promise and light.   One of the reasons I believe this is because of the availability of information.  Never before has this much and this kind of information been available before. Information on reincarnation, and not only that but specific information on how and why we choose to incarnate on this sometimes “mad world”is avaiable.   Information about God is available as never before.   I know that there are a lot of skeptics who question the validity of this information but the same information is coming from enough different sources and not only that but it is information that makes sense.  These are things I have been searching for and studying all my life and finally it is available.   A verse from the old christian bible had kept me searching, “you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free”.   The more I learn, the more I want to know.  

Before time I Am...

Before time I Am, and when time disappears I Am.  That which you call an incident, a happening, disaster or triumph, is but a nano now of eternity.   Celebrate your triumphs and remember your disasters but keep in mind that your memory and that of each human mind is biased by who you are.   Life goes on until it stops.  
And then it begins again all over again.   I Am always.  Ponder this. 

Anything but easy........

Incarnating on planet earth is anything but easy.   The key to a successful life on earth seems to be conquering the emotions.   There are a lot of things that confront us on earth but it is working through the feelings around all them that makes things work.   Usually the way to master the emotions is to feel them completely, let them run their course.  And we are certainly confronted by painful and uncomfortable things such as loss, death, violence/war, chronic pain, illness, mental disorders.   The list goes on.   If you are having a particularly hard time with something I would suggest looking at the feelings and emotions around them.  

Trial by fire or school of hard knocks...

I was going to call planet earth a trial by fire kinda place but as I think about it, it really is more like the "school of hard knocks".  I understand it is the only planet like it in the entire universe.   Now there are infinite multiverses so who knows how accurate that is but still it is unique.  Earth, the planet of polarity and free will.  One of the things that astounds me is that with all of the people on the planet so few of us seem to get it right and yet I think everyone comes in with good intentions.   Now some have very specific reasons for incarnating in certain places and certain times and we all know that some places are easier places to live on planet earth than others.  Too bad we can't remind certain people of the reason they came here in the first place.  But then that is between them and their spirit, isn't it?  If you ever ask yourself any of the questions brought up in this little musing and really want some answers, look inside, and ask for some help finding those answers.  You might be surprised.    

I wonder what Capt Kirk would say.......

On a radio talk show 80 year old consummate actor et al William Shatner was interviewed.  A man of many accomplishments one of the latest of which is another book that he has written about himself, he talked in the book and in the interview about how on his 80th birthday he was feeling fearful and anxious.   The reason was, he said, that he is fearful of death.   The older one gets the specter of death creeps closer and he reported that he does not have the faith or the belief that God or loved ones will be waiting for him on the other side.   But then he brought up hearing about the last words of Steve Jobs, “oh wow, oh wow, oh wow”.  Shatner wondered where that came from and what prompted Jobs to say those words.   Here is an interesting example of a man that has conquered his fear of life through all of his accomplishments but now is being faced with the fear of dying.   Funny the priorities we humans place on ourselves.  I see a time in the future when we will live much longer lives but when it is time to take off this physical shell we will just do so.   No fanfare, no fear.   I wonder what Captain Kirk would say about all of this. 

Imagine for a moment...

Imagine for a moment there is no hell.  At least no hell beyond what we make for ourselves right here on our little overpopulated planet.   Imagine that all the things we do to each other, killing and lesser sins, are the results of lots of someones making really bad decisions.  Imagine all of the evil in the world is human produced and humans start realizing that and take responsibility for themselves.    Imagine!
