This is where it started...

"Dear Human Beings, historians will point to this time and say, 'This is where it started.  When humanity made decisions that it would create a planet that would pull itself out of the dark, they began to understand the process of peace, the wisdom of trade, and they were not fearful of different cultures.  They understood that each one needs the other, and that somehow they were all connected.'  How do we know this?  We are seeing it within the bubble of the balloon that contains everything in the now that ever happened or can happen.  It is written in your potential!  It is actually written in your DNA."

that child will adjust....

"Some time-honored moral codes are the Ten Commandments of Christianity and the Four Agreements of Mexico's Toltec Indians.  The 'golden rule' (do unto others as ye would have done unto you) exists in some form in every culture ever known, as does the knowledge that if you give a child a model of love before the age of seven that he or she can respond to and understand, that child will adjust to life's challenges with a built-in sense of fair play and honesty."

"....heaven will begin to be seen....."

“Life is structured so that its finest, most meaningful aspects are often hidden from outer exposure......
From earliest childhood, our senses respond to outward sensations........
But the true riches of life lie within.  Through appreciation of the wisdom of the past, through prayer, and most of all through deep meditation, we can become one with the inner silence that is a part of God.
When that silence is reached, it begins to radiate throughout all of one’s activities.  When a large number of individuals radiate this inner silence, heaven will begin to be seen on earth.”

"To Honor the Sacred..."

"All people, all living things, are part of the earth life, and so are sacred. No one of us stands higher or lower than any other. Only justice can assure balance: only ecological balance can sustain freedom. Only in freedom can that fifth sacred thing we call spirit flourish in its full diversity.
To honor the sacred is to create conditions in which nourishment, sustenance, habitat, knowledge, freedom, and beauty can thrive. To honor the sacred is to make love possible."

Your Dog Would be Proud....

Sometimes living in this world is difficult.  Often it can be very difficult.  But don’t let that stand in your way.  The proper study of mankind is yourself and you can only create change in the world if you change yourself.
Be passionate, recognize your fear, and those things that make you worry, and face them.    Create a world that you would choose for yourself and for your loved ones.  Create a world you would choose for your dog.    Create a world your dog would be proud of.

It is still a choice.

The human that is born into this life forgets that he/she is a part of God.  And this being a place of free will gives that human the choice and the capability of being god or demon.    There is a new energy on the earth.   It is easier now to remember and to live our higher self.   It is still a choice.

Believe that you are a powerful child of Spirit.

Was he a wizard, a shaman, a simple hiker with a walking stick?  The man stood on the precipice looking out over a valley that seemed to go on forever.  He stood there a long time fighting with the demons in his mind that told him he was no good, nothing, and had accomplished nothing.  As the twilight deepened he cried out to God.  “Give me a sign, somehow let me know I am more than this mere worthless human.”
And he heard a reply.    “My child, strike your staff down on the rock and watch.  You will have your sign.”
Hardly believing that he had actually heard anything but the wind, he raised his hand, and brought the staff down on the rock, striking the tip hard on the rock shelf he stood on.
A bright shaft of light shot up out of the top of the staff and connected him to the sky.   But even as his own staff became a stream of light, suddenly, individual shafts of light began streaming up from the valley, as far as the eye could see.  Great columns of light filled the valley around and in front of him.
“My child, do you see all the columns of light around you?   Those are the lights of all of the people that you have touched in one way or another.   Believe that you are a powerful child of Spirit.   Your intentions have been good and without knowing it you have spread much light in the world.    This then is my sign to you.  Your light is seen and known and has touched many.     No longer despair.”
Slowly the column of light from his staff faded and one by one the lights in the valley around faded, leaving a glow that filled the evening.   His heart filled with joy, the man lingered, savoring the feelings and the memory of those lights and knowing that when he returned to the valley he would be ready to go on.

A Step from Heaven....

It has been said that a great sculptor sees his creation in a block of marble and then just chips away that which it is not.   What is left is his beautiful piece of art.   Our world is like that and as great creators we can see the perfect world, our own vision of heaven and we can make it so.   Don't just look at the cracks or imperfection in the marble, see your greatest creation and teach your children to do the same.   We are creating our perfect vision.
"There is no place for hell within a world whose loveliness can yet be so intense and so inclusive it is but a step from there to Heaven. To your tired eyes I bring a vision of a different world, so new and clean and fresh you will forget the pain and sorrow that you saw before." A COURSE IN MIRACLES.

The blue stone comes home.....

“The energy is not yet strong enough for us to return.  We can only return when the vibration is high enough to show us that we are welcome.”  The soft late summer breeze blew across Eldon’s cheek and ruffled his hair.  He stood on the cliff overlooking the valley of the great battle facing two tall men in long soft flowing clothing.  They had a strong energy and almost glowed.  “You have the blue stone now and it will tell us how you and humankind have progressed.  There is much for you to learn and become a great help for all people.   There are choices ahead of you.  If you have concerns and questions about those choices the stone can help you get clear on what you are to do and what you choose to do.   You will receive help and you have access to sources of assistance from many times.  You are never alone, Eldon.   There are always those around you that can help you.  You will learn of these sources of assistance.  And we will contact you in this way again.”
Eldon sat up in bed.    The dream was very clear.  He would not forget it.  He grasped the soft deerskin pouch around his neck and he could feel the warmth of the stone inside.   Dawn was breaking outside his window and he could hear the ranch waking up.  He decided to get up and go out to the corral.
Eldon sat on the top rail of the main corral of the ranch watching the ranch hands and the horses.   Flashes of last nights dream moved through his mind.   He thought about what they had told him about the decisions he would have to make and that there would be help available.   Somehow this all felt so right.  It felt like a missing piece of a puzzle had been found.  He felt a presence next to him as a cowhand, climbed up on the rail beside him.  Antonio was old native man that had worked on the ranch for a long time.
“Eldon, you look lost in thought.   You can come talk to me as much as you want.  You know where I live.   I think you will have a lot to talk about now that the blue stone has come back to you.”
Eldon stared at Antonio.  “Antonio how did you know.....What did you say?  The stone has come back to me?”........
The last blue stone chapter..... for now.....

The blue stone is found part 4

The blue stone is found part 4

The dreams started just after Eldon’s 12th birthday.   Dreams of two human looking people who called themselves star people.   Dreams of a blue stone.
Dreams of him as a native shaman.  Dreams of storms and power.   He never told anyone about them.  He was afraid they would either think he was crazy or worse, just dismiss them.
He had grown up on the ranch and being one of several older brothers he had a lot of time to himself.  He had chores which he did with no complaint.  He had learned to ride when he was very small.  He had an old mare that he rode most of the time.  She was a good horse, pretty, speckled.   And he often took her out and explored.
He had heard of a battle between the Spanish conquistadors and a pueblo tribe that was supposed to have taken place out in the corner of their property.  Some how the natives had killed all of the conquistadors but the tribe had also vanished and had never been heard from again.
One day about three months after his birthday, Eldon decided to try to find the place where the battle had happened.   He put the hackamore on his mare and they rode out.    He spent the day in the broad valley that had earned the name of spirit valley because this was where the battle was supposed to have taken place.   He found enough artifacts of both iron or stone that convinced him he had found the place.  He explored the cliff dwellings for awhile and then decided to move up to the top of the mesa  leaving his horse to graze in the valley below.   He moved onto one shelf overlooking the valley.  It was wide and the valley could easily be seen from here.  Something about it was familiar but he couldn’t remember being here before.    He walked the area looking around and sat for awhile looking out over the valley.   When he noticed the sun was getting lower in the west he decided he had better get home.  He had chores to do and he decided then and there to come back to this place and see what he could find.
He got up ready to make his way back down the side of the cliff when his foot slipped.   He grabbed the rock to steady himself  and happened to glance at the outcropping that he had grasped.  A few inches from his hand in a small sheltered indentation in the rock he saw a glimmer of blue.  He had dreamed of that blue.  He reached in and pulled out the blue stone.   Rubbing it on his jeans he shined it up.   Yes, this was the blue stone he had dreamed about.  He was excited.  He took the now nicely shining blue stone and put it in the deerskin pouch that hung around his neck.   Carefully climbing down the mountain he went home.

The Blue Stone is Lost... Part three

The Blue Stone is Lost... Part three
Elo was troubled.  The runner’s, dying, had brought news that the metal beasts were moving up the long valley.  Large doglike creatures covered in metal being ridden by two leggeds that looked like the people and yet they did not.  They also were covered with metal that clanked when they moved and they carried weapons of metal.   The runner’s had escaped with wounds that he could not heal, two of them died already.  The runner’s told them that the great beasts and their riders had killed their entire pueblo.    They had killed women and children and old men and warriors had fought valiantly trying to protect the others only to die themselves.
Elo clutched the bag around his neck that contained the powerful blue stone.   “What should I do?”  He whispered.  “How can I protect the people?”
The stone had been passed on to him by his great grandmother when she moved to the spirit world quite some time ago now when he had taken over as healer and shaman of the people.
The one he had chosen was so young.  The boy was smart and gifted but he had barely begun his training.  He called Anto to him.
“My boy, you have heard the news of the invaders?”
“Yes Elo.”  The boy was wide eyed.
“Send word to the warriors and the elders that I wish to call a counsel and then, Anto, come to me.  There is much we must talk about and plan.”
In two days time the scouts reported back that they had seen the invaders and they were on their way and would, at the pace they were going, make contact with the people in another day and a half.   The plan was in place and the people made their preparations to leave.   The warriors had wanted to fight but Elo had convinced them that he could use his power and the power of the stone to stop their advance long enough for the people to get away.   Anto knew where to take them and with the warriors to guard them from behind and from the sides he was certain he could slow the advance of the conquering killers.
Late the next day the soldiers on their horses could be seen at the far end of the valley starting to make an encampment and the plans were put in place.    Elo took his place on a shelf overlooking the valley.  After praying and readying himself, just as the sun set, he gave the signal.   Anto began drumming, a slow but steady beat.  One by one others in the tribe joined till a great thundering of the drums echoed across the valley.   Elo raised his staff and rattle and there on the cliff edge started to dance and sing.
Soon the people could see dark clouds rising in all directions around them lit in the early darkness with lightning.   The drumming intensified and Elo looked like a madman, raising his arms to the sky, shaking his rattle and his staff to the rapidly building storm.   Loud cracks of thunder began striking around them and in the valley.... and the rain began.   Great deluges of rain.    Elo danced and chanted but with the rain the people stopped drumming.   In the noise and power of the storm the people would make their getaway into the night.    Planned and ready they moved like silent spirits, the boy Anto, leading them, warriors around them, off in their exodus from the place that had been home for many cycles.
A day later the people were well on their way to their new home and Anto and two warriors run back to see if the invaders followed and to assist Elo in joining them.   As they reached the plateau and looked out over the valley they were awed and amazed at the sight before them.   It appeared that a great flood had deluged the valley.   From what they could see none of the invaders had survived it.   Four of the great beasts run loose and the warriors captured them, took off any remaining metal and took them back with the plan of learning about them and perhaps riding them as the strangers had done.
Anto found Elo’s lifeless body still on the shelf but lying back against some rocks.   Tears welled up in his eyes.  His teacher had saved his people but at the cost of one life, his own.   The warriors helped him place Elo on a pyre of wood.   Frantically Anto searched but nowhere could he find the pouch that contained the blue stone.   He picked up Elo’s staff, indicated to the warrior to light the pyre and as the flames took hold the small party made their way back toward the people.

The Blue Stone ...... Part 2

Elan went back to the same place the next night and many nights after that.  He had been welcomed back to camp when he brought the basket of food and had been told how good it was so something the visitors had done was working.  Even his uncle had not been angry toward him.
The visitors taught him many things.  They taught him how the blue stone could be used to communicate with the spirit world.   They taught him how to use herbs to heal.  They gave him information about his people and about the past and the future.  They told him they would have to go back where they came from soon.
“Why do you have to go back?  I want you to stay and teach me more.”
“You are a great student, Elan.  That is why we chose you to teach you these things.  But there will come a time when you will be the teacher.  You will become a leader of your people and you will train another who will take your place.  When the time comes you will tell the one who takes your place about the blue stone and when they take over for you, you must give them the stone.  Some time in the future we will return and the stone will guide us.”
Elan became a very well respected healer and spiritual leader among the people and he was known by many.  He trained many and taught many but one young woman became the student that he knew would take over for him.
When Elan knew it was his time to die he asked her to accompany him to a cave high on the mountain.  He readied himself to move to the spirit world and when he was ready he told her he had one more story to tell her and he took the pouch from around his neck.  He showed her the blue stone and told her of its power.  He put the stone back in the pouch and put it around her neck.
“My child, treat the stone well and it will treat you well as it has me.  I am old and have lived a long time.  It is my time go back to the spirit world where I came from.   Use your power and your abilities to help the people.  Train one to take your place and pass on the stone to them when the time comes.  Someday the ones who gave me the stone will return and they have said that it is the stone that will guide them back from the stars from which they came.”

The Blue Stone... Part 1

Elan was not yet a man.   Among the people he was also an orphan and was housed and fed by his uncle.   Elan spent time hunting what small animals that he could and would help gather roots and fruit when they were available.  As much as possible he avoided his uncle who often showed his resentment in violent ways and making Elan feel small and useless.  This meant that Elan spent much time alone.
It was getting dusk and Elan had wandered off following a rabbit that he had not been able to kill with the stone thrower that he was using.  When he noticed the sun going down and how far he had wandered from the encampment he began to panic.  Not because he could not find his way back, that was not problem, but he knew that he would get a beating from his uncle, especially because he would not be bringing home food.   He turned to make his way back to the camp as quickly as possible when he almost ran into two people.   He stopped abruptly and stared because they looked like none of the people he knew.   He and his people were dark from the sun but these two had skin that was pink and white like the underbelly of the small creatures he often killed for food.   And they were wrapped in skins the like of which he had never seen.   These were soft and smooth and they were long and had no seams.   Deciding he might need to defend himself he took a step back and raised his stone thrower.   But before he could launch a stone one of them spoke.
“Elan, child of the people, we know you.”   They spoke his language but it was not accented in the guttural way that he was used to.  And it seemed that he could see their lips move but he would hear their voice inside his head.  The voice was soft and not threatening.  Nothing like that of his uncle.
“Elan, we know of your life with the people and we are here because we have things to teach you and to help you and to help your people when you grow older.  We want you to go back to your people but come this way every day.  We will help you so that no one will know that you have been away.  Would you come see us again and learn from us?”
Elan was intelligent and it did not take him long to make up his mind.  He would be beaten whether they helped him or not so he decided to learn what they had to teach.
“I will come.  I will be beaten whether I see you or not.  I will come this way in one more sun as it is now.”
“It is agreed then.”
The other reached behind the rock and produced a basket much like his uncle’s wife made.  It was filled with roots and fruit and other plants from the earth that his people ate.
“Take this to your people.   And Elan take this also.  It will help protect you.”
He reached out to Elan and opened his hand.  In it was a small blue  gemstone that glowed with a light.  It was lying on a small skill bag also much like his people made and wore.   “Put this around your neck.  The others will not notice it.  But this stone will help you.”
Elan thanked them and hanging the bag around his neck he picked up the basket and headed back to the people.  He reached down and touched the soft leather bag feeling the stone inside.  Even in the bag he could see and feel it begin to glow.  It was the most beautiful thing he had ever seen and he had not felt this good for many seasons.

Listen.....

Listen! Can you hear the sound of change.  The sounds of the old breaking down.  The new being built.
Look! Can you see the signs that people are moving in the right direction.
Can you feel the vibration of love building, getting stronger.
Take my hand, take the hand of the one next to you, and walk with me into the dawn of a new world.  Listen! Look! Can’t you feel it waiting there for you and me.   Waiting for us to come together and create it.
Listen!

Fly free and happy...

“You have no birthday because you have always lived; you were never born, and never will die. You are not the child of the people you call mother and father, but their fellow-adventurer on a bright journey to understand the things that are...
Fly free and happy beyond birthdays and across forever, and we'll meet now and then when we wish, in the midst of the one celebration that never can end.”
There's No Such Place As Far Away (1978) by Richard Bach
Do you remember Richard Bach?  JONATHAN LIVINGSTON SEAGULL,  ILLUSIONS, more.
A man before his time.  I like to think it is easier now to believe that quote above.  Most of us can’t feel the presence of those we lose.  Most of us can hardly even believe that this is an adventure let alone that we are in the midst of a celebration that can never end.

When the fog is....

Sometimes it is difficult to live in this third dimensional reality.  But moving into your higher self, letting go of the fear and the worry...   It is all worth it.  When the fog is all around you and you can’t see where you are going, let that higher part of you lead.
Like the eagle flying high able to look down, look at it all from a higher perspective.
Expect the best... You will create the best...

Be the original Light and Love that you are.....

For many raised in Christianity and who may or may not currently follow or participate in the church, the idea of original sin has tainted our thoughts and put a dark stain on our self image.  According to ‘original sin’ we are born stained and imperfect because the ‘original sin’ of Adam and Eve ruined it for the rest of us.
This is a false doctrine created by human minds.  We are perfect, beautiful and even spiritually powerful individuals.  It is important to remember, however, that as humans with free will we are as capable of the deepest of darkness as we are the most beautiful brilliant light.   We are left then with the responsibility for our acts and our decisions.  There is no “devil made me do it”.
Make it your intent to reach toward the bright end of the spectrum of your life.    Let go of that image of born in sin.    Be the perfect and powerful spiritual being you were born.  Be the original Light and Love that you are.

Enjoy Life

Let go of fear
Enjoy Life
Love
Look for God in everything

As the moon slips behind the trees....

As the moon slips down behind the trees I hear the wind whisper your name, Creator, Great Spirit, Allah, Yahweh, Infinite Spirit, Goddess, Mother-Father, The Force, All That Is, God, I hear you in the music I play.
I see you in the eyes of love and the eyes of the searching ones.  I look out over the beauty of my home and I see you. In the morning dew a spider web glistens in your light.
There was a time when I would have been afraid to say your name, it doesn’t matter which one.
There was a time when I would be afraid people would think less of me for talking of God.  But that has gone away.   I only wish others could feel the happiness I feel when I whisper your name, Creator, Great Spirit, Allah, Yahweh, Infinite Spirit, Goddess, Mother-Father, The Force, All That Is, God and oh so many more.   And Oh that they could feel the love when You whisper back.
